My husband and I were in the market "on and off" for 2 years and Shannon was just amazing and patient with us! We recently closed on our first home and we couldn't be more thankful for all the help and feedback that Shannon provided. I’m not sure where to start on how absolutely fantastic Shannon is. I worked with Shannon as my real estate agent for both the selling of my condo and the buying my new townhouse. She worked her butt off day in and day out. I have nothing but praise and respect for her. She helped me from square one about a year ago until today when we finalized everything. I am the most anxious person that anyone will ever meet and always have a billion and two questions and she answered every single one of them with grace. She took the time to answer calls and texts day or night and even while on vacation and never ever complained. She is SOOOO incredibly knowledgeable and honest with everything. I just wanted to take the time to say how wonderful it was to work with Shannon as our realtor when we were selling our Condo unit. She was always very open with communication and expectations. I could ask her any and all questions I had (big or small) and she Shannon would go out of her way to get answers for me. Shannon also walked us through the selling process, including what necessary documents are needed and how to go about obtaining them, such as the 6D certification. She is so respectful, kind, and friendly, which made us feel comfortable working with her and especially made me feel that I could trust her to sell our former home of 7+ years at a good price. Shannon is never pushy, and offered us thoughtful, honest suggestions throughout the entire selling process, including staging options and the photography for our unit before it was posted for sale.
I didn’t have to worry about anything. She notified us of each step she took, such as holding an open house and sharing any viewer feedback. She was quick to notify us if an interested party wanted to come see the home outside of an open house and gave us plenty of time to clean up/leave the premises. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Shannon also took care of the staging of our unit so buyers could get a better of sense of how to best utilize our space. The staging was tasteful, and she was quick to clean up so we felt our home was respected.
As I mentioned before, Shannon was never pushy, and offered thoughtful, honest suggestions. Aside from staging, she was up front with how she felt she could best showcase our unit and drive interest. We had multiples offers following Shannon’s strategy, and were able to quickly sell our home within a week or so of listing on the market. She even made closing a breeze for us. She also had a great reach on contacts for any work we wanted done in preparation for selling. From house cleaning, to inspections, to finding a lawyer for closing, she was able to find a reliable, reasonable priced contact for each of those jobs.
If you choose to work with Shannon like we did, I can honestly say you will NOT regret it. I can not stress how thorough she is in her work; how kind, non-judgmental, and respectful she is. If I ever have to buy or sell again, she is my go to. Best of luck to you!

We have known Shannon for a number of years. The first time we used Shannon's service was about 3 years ago that she helped us renting out our property in Burlington. WIthin a month, she found us some good tenants and the overall rental process was smooth. A few months ago, we planned to sell our Gloucester condo. We immediately thought of Shannon. Shannon agreed to be our listing agent and had given us a lot of helpful advice in the listing process, such as timing of listing, photography and listing strategy. After the first open house, we had received and accepted an offer over the asking price. Shannon had gone above and beyond and traveled to the property multiple times to ensure the inspection, property cleaning and minor property issues were addressed before closing. I wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to help me find my home.
I was a Welfare kid and I grew up in the housing projects. No one in my family ever owned a home and there were times when we ate Army Surplus food because we had nothing else.
Yesterday after the closing, we drove to the house. We'd stopped at the hardware store and grabbed some things, took some measurements, etc.
We walked out to the garage with the remotes and decided which side is which. I pressed the button and MY garage door opened.
I started to cry.
My garage. My home. My Everything I've Ever Wanted Home. All thanks to you, guiding me, advising me, talking me off more than a few ledges.
I thought of my mom. She would have been so darn proud to see this, right before deciding to move in with us 😆
Shannon you have made this former Welfare Kid's Impossible Dream come true and I will forever be grateful to you.

I grew up in a family of real estate agents and have bought and sold numerous houses, but Shannon blew my expectations out of the water. There are simply not enough words to describe how well she took care of us.
As a military family stationed 5,000 miles away, buying a house remotely is a daunting process with unique challenges, but Shannon made it feel like we were right there. We worked with her for three months across different time zones, and she consistently went the extra mile, getting us the information we needed at the speed of sound. She was incredibly quick to schedule showings, often squeezing us in the very next day and made herself available at all times.
Her attention to detail during FaceTime tours was amazing. She would walk through the house exactly as if we were there in person, revisiting different rooms and pointing out tiny details like scratches or damage that we couldn’t see on camera. She walked the exteriors in all types of weather and even did remote tours of the neighborhoods so we could get a true feel for the area.
Throughout the process, she kept me on track and was always politely honest with me, even letting me know when I was being a bit difficult! What truly sets her apart, though, is her dedication after the sale. Even when her job was technically done, she continued to check on the house multiple times a week, sent us photo updates, and managed contractors daily. She knew we were in a tough spot being so far away, and she never once made me feel bad for asking so much of her.
If you are military, trust her word. There are a million realtors out there, but I would recommend Shannon over all the rest!
